Refund policy
Returns and Exchanges
We offer a 14-day return policy for store credit only. If your ANNABO item is not a perfect fit in every way, you may send it back under the following conditions:

The return is requested within 14 days of receiving your order by email us at info@annabo.fashion with your order details

The item is in its original condition: unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase (receipt or confirmation email) is provided.

Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
Important Notes:

Customers cover the shipping costs for returns due to preference. If the return is due to a defect or an error on our part, ANNABO will cover the shipping costs.

Return shipments must be dropped off at the shipper within 7 days of receiving the return approval by email. Items sent after this period will not be eligible for store credit.

Made-to-order, pre-order, or custom styles

Sale items, marked-down items, and items labeled as Final Sale

Online orders cannot be returned to physical stores at this time.
Refunds

We do not issue credit refunds. Approved returns will be refunded as store credit, excluding original shipping fees and any return shipping fees incurred.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval and issue the store credit.
Order Cancellations

In-stock orders can be canceled within 1 hour of purchase, provided the item has not yet been shipped.

Pre-order and made-to-order items cannot be canceled, as production begins immediately after the order is placed.
Payment Processing Fees:
If a refund is not issued as store credit, payment processing fees of 3.7% will be deducted from the refund amount, as these fees are not refunded to us.
