Shipping & Returns

If the item you ordered from does not perfectly fit your needs, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for store credit.

Please ensure all returns are sent back in their original packaging, including the cardboard box and any additional materials (e.g., ribbon, tissue paper, promotional items), unworn, unopened, unused, and undamaged with all tags attached. You will receive full store credit for your return, excluding original shipping charges and any return shipping fees incurred. Returns must be dropped off at the shipper no later than 7 days after receiving your return label. Items returned after this period will not be eligible for store credit.

Due to the exclusive nature of our products, we cannot offer cash refunds.

We offer price adjustments within 24 hours of purchase, issued as store credit only. Items purchased during flash sales lasting less than 72 hours are not eligible for price adjustments.


Orders for in-stock items can be cancelled within 10 minutes of purchase, unless already shipped. For pre-order or made-to-order items, cancellations are not possible as they are sent to production immediately. Please be aware that payment processing fees are not refunded to us; hence, cancellations and refunds not issued as store credit will have a 3.7% fee deducted.

To submit a return request, please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for made-to-order, pre-order, or custom styles, nor for items marked as Final Sale. Additionally, we do not accept returns on online orders in our physical stores. Follow our Return Instructions for sending back items.


Initiate your return via our Returns Portal. Wait for approval and a confirmation email with an authorization number before shipping anything back.

For U.S. customers, we provide a return label. International customers must use a trackable shipping service of their choice. We are not responsible for packages until they arrive at our warehouse and recommend purchasing shipping insurance.

Upon receipt of your return, we will send a confirmation email with your store credit code.

We cannot cover or refund any additional taxes or fees from your country of destination; these are the customer's responsibility. For refused packages, shipping and any other charges will be the customer's responsibility or deducted from the refund.
