Delivery in Ukraine

Delivery within Ukraine is handled by Nova Poshta from Monday to Friday.

Delivery cost is calculated individually and paid separately by the customer.

Processing time for orders is 1-2 business days for in-stock items and 10-14 business days for pre-orders.

Delivery time within Ukraine is approximately 2-3 business days.

International Delivery

International delivery is carried out by DHL Express from Monday to Friday. Delivery is available to all countries except the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus.

Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on DHL carrier rates and paid by the customer.

Processing time for orders is 1-2 business days for in-stock items and 10-14 business days for pre-orders.

Delivery time for international orders is approximately 14-21 days.

Important: Customers are responsible for all customs clearance fees.
